Engagement Structure
VLA engagements are structured as fixed-fee phases. Every new engagement begins with a paid Regulatory Feasibility Assessment that delivers a written go/no-go recommendation, the applicable authorization pathway, and a scoped proposal for subsequent phases. Vendor onboarding, NDA execution, and W-9 and COI delivery are completed during this phase.
